Returns
All our learning products include a 7-days trial period. If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first session—no questions asked.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible.

Refunds
- Refund is available if the refund request is made within 7 days from the start of your first session.
- Refund requests must be sent via email to support@meritbee.com using the registered email ID and must include the registered mobile number. Requests made through other means or beyond the 7-day period will not be entertained.
- For purchases made through EMI, financing options, or third-party payment methods, users are responsible for any additional charges, penalties, or interest as per the terms agreed with the respective third party. MERITBEE holds no responsibility for such charges.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged at the time of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
